THORNQUIST RESIDENCE

Mark is a man of few words but many ideas! He had collected 3 clay tiles displaying Buddhist prayer wheels and asked us to use them as inspiration when redesigning his home. A special art niche was designed for the tiles and the pattern in the flooring changes to create a subtle path that leads across the Kitchen to the niche. We then designed and fabricated custom porcelain cabinet panels whose design, color and shape were also influenced by his 3 clay tiles. In addition, we expanded the upper floor creating a Master Bathroom and Walk-In-Closet that is lined with granite and beautiful walnut cabinets.
